I have been in on an emergency basis and he promptly attended to my needs. He always has the time to explain the service invoice to me. Also, since I am now a widow he is willing to explain any service I may need to my nephew that helps me and lives out of state, or my mechanic back home to help me make a decision on repairs an maintenance.
