We called ahead to make arrangements to order a Honda CR-V Hybrid and was quoted a price. When we arrived, we ordered the car at the price quoted. There was no funny business, trying to add on additiona CR-V Hybrid and was quoted a price. When we arrived, we ordered the car at the price quoted. There was no funny business, trying to add on additional $$ that weren't included in the original quote (such as Destination & Handling, taxes, or color choice.) The quoted price was the price we paid. We'd had a bad experience at another dealership, where the manager insisted that we had to pay an additional $3,500 to purchase the same car. We were told it was a dealership policy, $2500 for purchasing from them and another $1000 because we were buying a Hybrid. Thank goodness Johnson City Honda doesn't mess with customers like that. More
