I have been a customer at Johnson City Honda for about two years now and I have always received good customer service. I recently had work done on my car because it was damaged by the flood, and despite t two years now and I have always received good customer service. I recently had work done on my car because it was damaged by the flood, and despite the horrific experience I had with my insurance company, Will took very good care of the situation, even going as far as to speak to someone from the insurance company on behalf of my complaint. I appreciate all of the help that I have received and I am so thankful I chose to take my car here. Thank you! More

I was traveling in the Johnson City area when the low tire light came on the dash. I knew I had probably picked up a nail and couldnt make the return trip home. I called Johnson City Honda and the serv tire light came on the dash. I knew I had probably picked up a nail and couldnt make the return trip home. I called Johnson City Honda and the service manager told me to bring it right in. Will Campbell was the advisor I worked with. I couldn't have received better service. The service department is one of the nicest I have been in. Irregardless of the facts that I was from out of town, driving a vehicle purchased from another dealership in another area, the service department already booked with several appointments, AND it was a Saturday...I was treated as though I had been a customer there for years and years. For over 25 years I have always been in charge of having our cars serviced and I have always said the service department makes the dealership. Those are the people we see on a regular basis that keeps our vehicles safe and on the road. Based on my experience with the people and service at Johnson City Honda today I would say it is an excellent dealership. More
I purchased a used 2006 PT Cruiser from Johnson City Honda about 3.5 months ago. I had been having some issues with the transmission in first gear after about 2 months after the purchase. I am not particularly knowledgable when it comes to auto repair so I decided to take it to Johnson City Honda (where I purchased the car) to get an oil change and let them have a look. Will Campbell informed me that I was low on transmission fluid and that was causing my problems. He could have simply filled my fluid up and had me go on my way, but he was determined to get to the root cause of the issue so he asked if I could leave the car with him overnight. I obliged. The next day he called me and informed me that I had a leak with an axel seal, and that he was going to replace it. Later in the day, he called me again to inform me that he had replaced the seal but the leak was still there but he assured me that he would figure out the cause of the leak. He soon called me again to inform me that there was an imperfection with the axel itself that was ultimately causing the leak and that he had sent the axel to a machine shop to fix the imperfection and that once he received the axel back, he would do a number of tests to make sure the issue had been taken care of and the leak fixed. He soon reached out to me again, let me know that all the tests were completed and the leak was totally fixed. I picked up the car later in the day and it has driven like a dream since Johnson City Honda completed this service. The most impressive thing about this experience was that I purchased the car "as is". Johnson City Honda had no obligation to complete these repairs however they did so at absolutely no cost to me. They did not do this because they had to. They did it because it was the right thing to do. I will purchase every car for the rest of my life at Johnson City Honda and would strongly suggest that any one who is concerned with a car dealership that does the right, ethical, and just actions by their customers to do the same. As Will said, "We are not concerned with selling you a car. We are concerned with building a relationship that will last a lifetime." Congratulations Mr. Campbell, you have done just that. More

I bought a 2012 Honda CRV from Johnson City Honda. This was my first Honda and first new car in a very long time. The dealership could not have done more to make this a very enjoyable experience. I bought my new accord from Johnson City Honda. I was ask to fill out this survey online and told they would split the $20 that the dealership would pay the salesman if I would give all 5's. .... All the reviews posted are prompt by Service and Sales associates being paid to get good reviews. I was lied to at the dealer by the manager and told if I did not buy some cleaning package, that I wouldn't get the free car washes. The lady in service told me at my first service that the wash was free to anyone who bought their car there. So I did not need to spend all the money I spent on the " auto-butler" service. They told me they would not refund my money for the extra I was lied to to buy. Turns out the sales associate and the manager got a $ bonus $ for selling me that extra package that I did not need. I will not be back for service or my 2nd new car purchase. More

Went to the dealership to look at a vehicle I saw on their website. Van was my sales person. He quickly found the vehicle and let me look it over without pressuring me. As I looked over that car, I noticed a 2009 Honda Fit that I liked a lot. I test drove it, loved it, and decided to talk about price. With the awesome assistance I got from Van and the financing department, I was able to get a great APR and a payment within my budget. They also took my old car and gave me a fantastic trade in. I am extremely satisfied with the dealership. It was clean, comfortable, and no pressure. I will definitely shop for cars there again. Van was a great sales person; he was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love my new Honda Fit. It is a perfect fit for my lifestyle and pocketbook! More
