We purchased a very low mileage used 2012 Honda Odyssey from Johnson City Honda. We used the internet to get our pricing and to negotiate the deal because we lived 200 miles from the dealership . I will never again buy or attempt to buy a car from jc Honda I was lied to from the get go. My salesman Chad Lewis first told me and my wife our payment was going to be 275 per month which is what we were Honda I was lied to from the get go. Although by the time it took us to drive the mile from the used lot to the new lot in what we thought to be our Toyota 4runner. Well everything the we had discussed had totally changed my down payment had went up 500 dollars and my monthly payment had went up about 70 dollars per month. Chad Lewis the salesman and Ryan Hyder the finance mgr acted like it was no big deal. So I told them to let me think about it till the next day,they told me the 4runner would be ready the next morning washed and the so many point inspection check would be done. When I arrived the next morning I looked the 4runner over again to find the inside far from clean and a huge screw in one of the tires that a blind man could have seen, and the best part was my payment had went up another 20 dollars per month due to something with the bank, then is when I blew a fuse asked how they can just keep changing payments on me then is when I was asked to leave by the biggest liar of all joe t.. I did just that, needless to say I took my business elsewhere. More
My red 2013 CR-V is the third Honda I have bought from Johnson City Honda and I couldn't be more pleased. He knew I needed a CR-V, even though I had ruled it out, initially. The new CR-V design is awesome, and I like it better than the 2010 I had for a short while. The clincher for me was when they allowed me to test-drive the CR-V overnight and drive it to work. Given that my back issues were a factor in choosing to buy the car, JC Honda allowed me to try the car over my long commute so that I could determine whether the car would work for me. I appreciate their willingness to make a sale based on matching the right car to the customer's needs. More

Mr. Hostetler took me back to the service area to show me the problem. As a teenager I used to take apart old motors in my best friend's uncle's junkyard for a little money, and that was the last time I saw a motor in such bad shape. I couldn't believe I was looking at an engine from a 2005 model. I had owned the car for 33 days at that point. I had bought it from a reputable dealership, so this was the last thing I expected. Mr. Hostetler immediately went to work trying to find the best way to handle this. He was understanding about the fact that I had just bought the car and worked very creatively to save me money every way he could. Through the ordeal Ms. Hebert was genuinely kind and understanding as well. Ms. Hebert kept me informed through the whole process with prompt communications. Her encouragement and up to date knowledge of my situation gave me piece-of-mind. A concierge at the finest hotel could learn from her. I regret not going to Johnson City Honda to buy my Honda. More

Will Campbell is always very helpful when I am having my car serviced. He also goes the extra mile by answering any questions I ask. Came to town from New York for a special event. Had a mishap with car which damaged ubdercarriage cover, radiator and bar radiator rests on. Mid-afternoon, was taken immediately. I'm in a wheelchair. When inspection revealed minivan would need to stay overnight, Mr. Campbell, before even informing me of situation, had already checked for a loaner car. I didn't have to ask! Also offered to search for another rental service. Immediately arranged for car to take me and driver to motel. He called early next morning to let me know rntire repair situation. Car was not ready until Tuesday afternoon. I cannot express how pleased I was with the service spearheaded by Mr. Campbell. I am so impressed by the service of this dealership and the attitude of Will Campbell that I have already booked my return next year. I have added an extra day so that I can schedule a day for maintenance at this dealership. More
