They were having some difficulty with the bank going back and forth, at 8 pm and instead of saying we will need to work on this more in the morning they went ahead and had us sign all paperwork and fast forward a full week later called us and told us we didn't have a loan! Really a full week people? Terrible customer service I will never step foot back in this dealership. And they also deal with Chase bank who flat out told us my son would not be getting paid while he was in BASIC training! You all need to check yourself! NEVER NEVER will Johnson city Honda or Chase bank EVER get my business!!!!! More

She did not return call & sold the car. We called at open of business the next day &'internet sales manager & owner were very rude & not service oriented at all. We were willing to put money down over the phone & salesman did not follow through. I'm sure they sold the car for more money, but they lost a customer for a lifetime! More

Dishonest and Unprofessional Johnson City Honda's Service Department used to be the only one I trusted to work on my car. But about a year ago, they made a mistake and did work on Johnson City Honda's Service Department used to be the only one I trusted to work on my car. But about a year ago, they made a mistake and did work on someone else's vehicle under my name. When I noticed it, I asked them to correct my profile to show that I don't own that other person's vehicle. They told me they would correct that. I've had to ask at least four times over the past year for them to correct that mistake and each time they told me that it was/will be taken care of. But still, every time I call for an appointment, they ask if I want that vehicle I don't own worked on too. Also, the last time I was in the service department, I happened to catch a glimpse of my profile and I saw derogatory personal comments about me written there. I don't want to be lied to and I don't want to be insulted, so I won't be taking my car back to Johnson City Honda. More

No Air Conditioning after having 3 year/36,000 mile service I paid almost $700 for a 3 year/36,000 mile service package and now my air conditioner is no longer giving me cold air! According to the repair order they say they checked cooling system and A/C operation. I called the service department about this and was told I can bring my 2007 Civic in to check the problem and they will CHARGE me $129 for connected my car to their computer analyzer machine. I don't feel like paying more $$$$ to Johnson City Honda when its probably their fault. After having Johnson City Honda do all my servicing and repair, perhaps its time to my on! Very high pressure sales tactics; absolutely no service after the sale. Management makes no attempt to resolve issues. Salesman has never acknowledged us since sale, despite the numerous hours we spent w after the sale. Management makes no attempt to resolve issues. Letters to management have gone unanswered. Very disappointed - have been owners of numerous Honda vehicles before, but will never purchase from this dealer again. More
They do not double check figures! Said they were paying off my trade-in car & didn't call the finance company for the exact amount! Their payment was several hundred dollars short & when I called them abou off my trade-in car & didn't call the finance company for the exact amount! Very disappointed in service here! Once you buy & sign papers, you're forgotten! Continually received the 'run around' with their finance manager (s).Finance company said they didn't know where the dealership got their figures for the pay off since no one from the dealership ever called them. Buyer's beware! Go elsewhere if you want a Honda! Very ashamed of this dealership & not a very trustworthy dealership!! More
Brought in my Kia Rio to JC Honda for a fan belt replacement, new spark plugs, and an oil change. Jimmy McKemy greeted me, was very thorough, and made sure I knew what was going on at all times.
