We have a $85k truck with 50k miles in for service (for the 2nd time), and the dealership is refusing to honor the Federal Emissions Warranty. Quick Lane review as I was disappointed in the quality of service. I had batteries replaced in my Super Duty 6.7. Whoever changed the batteries left the plastic protectors off the battery posts in the engi service. I had batteries replaced in my Super Duty 6.7. Whoever changed the batteries left the plastic protectors off the battery posts in the engine compartment. The battery cables were not cleaned and neither were the batteries. Left positive covers off batteries they were still tucked back behind. Did not seal the battery posts with any protection from air. Batteries were not tightened down at all. For 130 dollar installation of 2 batteries it was a very crappy job. I have had other service done here and it has always been great. The Quick Lane experience was not so good. Very disappointed. Check the work before it leaves is my recommendation. More

My truck was taken into ford for something that needed to be done I get a phone call telling me that it's going to cost several thousand dollars because they found other things wrong and they never even repl be done I get a phone call telling me that it's going to cost several thousand dollars because they found other things wrong and they never even replaced the one thing I took it in for. I I told them that the last time my car was in. There was a bolt missing off of the manifold and ask him if they could replace it. He said yes he could when I refused to let them do $2000 worth of work on my car because I was told from another 4 dealership a friend of mine that's a mechanic that they were not being completely honest. I went to this dealership for service on my 2021 Bronco Sport. It was a TSB under warranty, they diagnosed it as such and told me to drop my car off. They never actually did they work.
