I had given them a five previously but changing it to a two. Mostly because of vehicle not being really in good mechanically. While driving it home almost two hours away i noticed it was pulsating when i a two. Mostly because of vehicle not being really in good mechanically. While driving it home almost two hours away i noticed it was pulsating when i applied the brakes. Well long story short took it to my regular mechanic and he found brake pads shot, rear rotors had to be replaced and front rotors had to be turned. Im only bringing this to light as their 150 point inspection that they did states they turned rotors. Didnt say which rotors and if he had braked off why didnt they replace pads. Thankful i had them checked before i really needed them. After i got vehicle back from mechanic no more pulsating and its stopping a lot better. My point just be diligent when buying used so you dont incur extra cost you werent expecting. More

Strolled up into the showroom an was greeted by William R Haire .First impressions are not always what the turn out to be surprised he took me seriously for my appearance. Told him exactly the car i wanted an we went straight to his cubical. 20 minutes tops we had an agreement. Had to wait 15-20 minutes to go to the financing . the entire time I would stop to explaining the process. What to watch for an how to protect himself. The entire staff was accommodating an understanding. Process was over before the car was prepped to travel. After the sale was complete Mr Haire took my son to the car an made him comfortable with all the features an synced his phone to the car. Wonderful car buying experience . Had a small issue with service putting on the plates. A single call to William an it was squashed an handled instantly. thanks again kdp More
