They work with me as far as timing, service, explanations, and if they don't know they find out and tell me instead of BSing me. I think I like that the most. They go that extra step to make your visit for any reason warm, comfortable, friendly and for me most important honest. They never try to sell me something I don't need and if there is something I do need they have always taken care of it. When I was schedule for an appointment and the Tech was running a few minutes late, the service department had my truck washed... now that's service. More

Everyone from the service department, salesman I visited with and the pretty lady that visited with me in the waiting room were all very friendly and helpful.
