Sales was good Service not so much We purchased a pre certified Jeep Wrangler sport unlimited less than a month ago from Diego. He was a great person to deal with and did what he said. After a week we started having a abs/traction light coming on when we put into reverse. Also the fender was loose and a clip on door sill was missing and a crack thatbwas attempted to be repaired bu service continued to crack. so we made appt with Derin in service they was busy and took a week and half to get into shop. when i got there for appt it was ridiculously unorganized. After checking in and waiting an hour finally got my loaner from sales dept. and was on my way. Never heard back from service for 2 days after leaving several messages. finally got word (from my salesman) that they was still checking it. And after 3 days finally got a text from service they had to order parts. Went to pick up veh and windshield was replaced by sales the speed sensor and clips replaced. the clip was wrong size and they wanted to charge 25.00 to pop in. the fender is still loose. and car was muddy from their lot but they dont wash because they are on well water per Derin. I never once felt like i was a Valued Customer. i will never use this service dept again. Bad experience with Derin in Service. I do recommend Deigo in Sales for great job. More

Service department cannot fix my Dodge Nitro I purchased my Dodge Nitro brand new 2009. The car was great. It is paid off. I had about 60,000 miles or ablittle less and i started having problems I purchased my Dodge Nitro brand new 2009. The car was great. It is paid off. I had about 60,000 miles or ablittle less and i started having problems with it. It clicks and will not start randomly. It does finally start. I believe I started taking it to service and told them about the problem and of course it would not do for them. It has been getting worse and I still only have 83,000 miles on it. I have paid for repairs and it still is having the problem. But even worse. So I have another appt tomorrow and see what happens this time. I have contacted corporate office and they do absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed. I like to buy locally to help our economy but I will never buy a dodge again and forget buying locally. I thought Dodge should know how to fix their cars. Oh and I did record what it was doing and yes it did for them the last visit and still not starting until 16,times trying to start it. More

BAD BAD BAD service department Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job. Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. Above and Beyond I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire I had a flat tire in front of the dealership with my motor home while driving from Iowa to Boulder. It was close to closing time but they found a tire and replaced it. I preceded toward my destination but had 2(dulies) more flat tires in Boulder. It was about 7 pm.but was able to reach Johnsons and they sent two employees the next morning to remove the 2 tires, take them to a tire dealer in Boulder, remount the new tires, return to the motor home and mount the new tires and make sure I was on my way. Mark at the dealership and the 2 employees were friendly and professional in all their dealings. They paid for their first tire they put on that blew and sent me a timely check to replace the polished steel wheel liner that was lost when the tires blew in Boulder. I have never felt a need to review anyone before, but I knew this experience needed to be recorded. I am 71 and glad I lived long enough to experience this outstanding service. Thank you!
