Never will go here again Chrysler Service- just an oil change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get p change waited 2 and a half hours when they say first come first serve and was the 2nd car there and didn't explain that if an appt shows up you get pushed back- but then someone comes out and says 25mins then an hour later says 25mins again- on top of that didn't even honor the coupon that we had.
