MR. JEFFERS IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! HAD A CHIP ON HIS SHOULDER BECAUSE WE GAVE HIM AN HONEST REVIEW. I WAS HOPING THESE REVIEWS WERE ALSO TO HELP THE SALES PERSONS TO BETTER THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE NEXT SHOULDER BECAUSE WE GAVE HIM AN HONEST REVIEW. THE TOLL BILL I RECIEVED WAS UNACCEPTABLE. ALSO THE PERSON WHO DELIVERED MY CAR WANTED TO GO AND GET BREAKFAST IN MY NEW VEHICLE. CAR WAS DIRTY NOT DETAILED AS YOU WOULD EXPECT WHEN PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES REGARDING THE TOLL BILL AND MY TRADE NOT BEING COMPLETELY PAID OFF ( WHICH THAT WAS THE AGREEMENT) TOOK ME 2 WEEKS AND 5 DIFFERNT PEOPLE. I TALKED TO RICH THIS SAME DAY AND BASICALLY WASN'T GOING TO RESPOND BECAUSE HE WAS HURT FROM THE REVIEW. THESE REVIEWS ARE MEANT FOR MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE NOT JUST MY SALES PERSON WHICH IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE MOST WAS OUT OF HIS CONTROL BUT HE COULD HAVE DEALT WITH THE SITUATION MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS LOST OUR BUSINESS. WORD OF MOUTH IS KEY FOR ANY BUSINESS AND I WON'T BE RECOMMEND JOHNSON AUTO PLAZA IN BRIGHTON COLORADO EVER!!! More

Honestly if I could give this dealership no stars, I would. I have bought two used vehicles from them. Both have had countless issues and money put into them after purchase. I told them there was an issue with ac fan when I purchased the vehicle. They assured me nothing was wrong for weeks. It cost me over $1,000 after I went to a different mechanic because clearly they were no help. So, their word of mouth service means nothing because I ended up paying for something that was wrong in the purchase of the vehicle. They claim to be a family dealership and take care of their customers like "family". Not true. Do not ever buy a used vehicle from them. Worst car dealership experience I have ever had. More

When buying a car from Johnson Auto Plaza on February 28, 2022; I had as WORST buying experience we have ever had. They are LIARS and CON ARTISTS. When buying a car from Johnson Auto Plaza on February 28, 2022; I had asked, "what has the dealer done to improve the condition of this vehicle?" I was told they replaced the engine as rebuilt. My honest car mechanic discovered a SALVAGED engine was installed. We are now out an additional $3,000 on this vehicle. The DECEITFULNESS by Johnson Auto Plaza outta land them OUT OF BUSINESS soon. [they used JB Weld to hide head gasket leaks, the timing belt and water pump were discovered to be the factory installed parts, corrosion apparent around multiple fasteners, the AC lost all refrigerant within a week of getting the car home,...] More
