I will start by saying that one star is a star too many. When we purchased our Chevy 3500 High Country diesel dually in April 2022 (to the tune of $83K), they sold us a service contract. We believed at the time we would live in Colorado for no more than five years. We asked a lot of questions. We were told that if we moved out of state that they would refund our unused service contract. As it turned out we left Colorado only 11 months later, having used only one oil change of ten in the service package. We have now been haggling with them for more than a year and have been told they don't refund service contracts. The irony is we were told that by the finance person who was the one who sold us the contract in the first place, who SPECIFICALLY told us it was refundable. Does he make a habit of lying? My guess is that he does. His most recent attempt to help us? He emailed a PDF that we can fill out and request a refund. He added the caveat "you can fill this out, but they don't usually refund." The PDF is not even FILLABLE. I have to print it? AND I have to provide an original copy of the contract? If I give you the original, then I have no proof. You already lied to me once, now I should give you an original document? The PDF also indicates at the top that the information can be entered in Dealer Source. Now, I can't say for certain, but sounds to me like this is an online process. What kind of a joke operation are they running at Johnson? First, they were terrible and lied when we asked the right questions. Now they are deliberately making it impossible to get our money back. Do NOT do business with them! More

I gave the dealership 5 stars before because they were helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back. After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the fr helpful in buying a new vehicle. I take that back. After buying the vehicle, I had a couple of questions about the Infotainment system after the free trial had ended. I contacted Katey my sales person and Rich her boss after not hearing back from Katey. Neither ever responded at all and I emailed them each a couple of times. Obviously, once your check cashes they don't give one dam about you. I find that hugely disappointing and rude. I don't deserve this disrespect and I won't accept it. There are surely better dealers out there than these people. I do not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here, they don't deserve your money and you don't need to have to worry about dealing with people like this. More

I have purchased over 7 vehicles from Johnson's Auto. I always feel that I'm treated fairly. The service department has always treated me fairly. I deal with David on the Jerp side as my service advisor I always feel that I'm treated fairly. The service department has always treated me fairly. I deal with David on the Jerp side as my service advisor. David always kept me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle and listens to my concerns. I have also dealt with Jake on the Ram Diesel side. Jake also treats me very fairly listens to my concerns and keeps me informed about my vehicles. David and Jake are top notch as service advisors going above and beyond and are a great assets for the Johnsons Auto. More
I bought a fob to have as an extra key. I bought the fob from another company. When it came time to cut the blank on the fob. The key machine was down. I went to Johnson Auto Plaza, and spoke with Paul. Paul cut the blank, but it did not work. He proceeded to work on the blank a little longer and was able to complete the task, and it worked great. I appreciate Paul took the time to help out, instead of just saying he couldn’t get it to work. I’ve used the service department before at Johnson Auto Plaza, and have always found to be very helpful. Thanks again to Paul for his assistance. More
