It's a small world We were returning from a vaca in Colorado when outside of Memphis, Texas our water pump went out. Since the truck is still under warranty, Dodge had it towed to the closest dealership- which happened to be in Altus, Oklahoma- the opposite direction from home. After talking to Kevin about the issues w/the truck he said he was coming to Stephenville the next week and would bring it to us!!!! This was such a relief to us saving us from taking a day off work and 7/8 hours of driving. Kevin even parked it in our driveway!!! Great customer service doesn't begin to cover it!!!! More
