Enjoyable, personable, good conversation. I was very comfortable with Stephen. He was not pushy, showed me vehicles that he thought I would be interested in and kept within my price range. Blessed Stephan was patient and listened to what we wanted, he wasnt pushy like most sales people are, he is an out standing sales guy and im sure as well as Stephan was patient and listened to what we wanted, he wasnt pushy like most sales people are, he is an out standing sales guy and im sure as well as a person. Jimmy worked his magic got us into the car I really liked. The guy who went over all the paper work explained everythig for us. Have to add that I asked for tag tax and title to be included and they made it happen. It was such a blessing. More

They don't value customers or their own work After Johnny Roberts worked on my car from 10/18/2015- 11/09/15 for an oil leak. While in the shop they offered to replace the water pump since they h After Johnny Roberts worked on my car from 10/18/2015- 11/09/15 for an oil leak. While in the shop they offered to replace the water pump since they had it there and would only charge for the part. After a day they called back and stated that my car had carbon build up in the engine and needed to be cleaned. They would have to take off the timing belt and take my engine apart and clean the heads. They said without doing this they wouldn't be able to put the water pump/timing belt back on. After a week or so they called me to go pick up my car that it was ready and good to go. The day I arrived to pick it up my car I was about to drive away and one of the mechanics noticed water on the ground under my car. I got out before driving away and lifted the hood water was boiling over from the reservoir. Another mechanic came over and said it was pressure in the line and that was why it was bubbing water out of the reservoir. The next day I came and picked up car I got home and kept doing this- I called they told me it was normal and would soon stop. When I came back to Johnny Roberts..several times. They would say it wasn't doing to it by the time they would get it bk in the shop. Once I went by and asked the service manager to please come out side and see what my car was still doing. He just said 'what do you you want me to do I can't do anything'.. I asked him to note it because it was still doing it. Because it was getting annoying that they weren't ever seeing what I was seeing. Then at this time Johnny Roberts said I needed a radiator($993 parts/labor) but I wanted a second opinion. Since they did the work on my engine and all the other times they couldn't find a problem. So, I had two other certified Dodge dealers (Elk city/Vernon)and they confirmed that my radiator was fine but I needed my engine overhauled or a new engine. Ironically, the Last dealer to work on my engine was Johnny Roberts- (only shop that has ever worked on my engine). -I have called and talked to the owner about the findings from the other dealers. He just stated that "I stand by what my mechanics say and you car needs a radiator." I truly feel as they have disregarded every attempt to correct this matter. This issue was addressed since day ONE and they didn't take it seriously. They don't value customers or their own work. More
