Very disappointed! Bought vehicle in because it would not pass safety inspection due to engine light. Arrived 35 minutes early for an oil change tire rotation and wash. A prize from a charity auction. Took about 20 minutes to write up the order and was told it would take about an hour. 3 1/2 hours later a a and wash. A prize from a charity auction. I went looking outside and found the truck and tech looked up service number and still couldn’t find it. He finally called around and found it had been turned in to cashiers office. When I asked why it took so long for an oil change the guy snapped back at me like it wasn’t their incompetence. If you have to use them, just drop your car off and go do whatever you need to. Will not recommend. More
