Horrible BUYER BEWARE!!!! By far the WORST experience at a dealership EVER. If you want to waste your time and money, all while being disrespected and called s BUYER BEWARE!!!! By far the WORST experience at a dealership EVER. If you want to waste your time and money, all while being disrespected and called stupid by the owner, John, then head right over. Got a car from this place and heard a ticking noise from the engine. The car ended up being a lemon. I understand the business, I do, but to try to cheat innocent hardworking people out of their hard earned money is despicable to say the least. Took the car back the very next business day first thing in the morning. We were told no one but John (the owner) could help us. We waited 2 hours. He refused to help us, was completely rude and kept pushing overpriced, poorly maintained cars on us. Not to mention he refused to give us back our $2,700 deposit for a car with a FAULTY ENGINE. Which he LIED about we brought it to a reliable mechanic who confirmed. Ended up buying an older vehicle cash because I had no choice and LOST money. Also, they kept running out information with the banks to try and get us a "good deal" WITHOUT our permission after we repeatedly said we wanted nothing more to do with them. I was too exhausted from being scammed to try to argue about that too. More

Made A New Friend I showed up at the dealership with my 3 year old son on a rainy day looking for a truck. Steve was there ready do business. Before we even entered i I showed up at the dealership with my 3 year old son on a rainy day looking for a truck. Steve was there ready do business. Before we even entered into talks about the vehicle, we spent at least a half hour talking about life, common interests, and life experiences. If you've been around and purchased vehicles in the past, you can get a feel when someone is trying to butter you up to enhance their chances of selling you a vehicle. This was not the case with Steve. It appeared he was more content with making a new friend and the vehicle sale was a bonus whereas most cases it's the other way around. Steve was and still is resourceful and very responsive when it came down to business. He was a sturdy bridge to the owner John who ultimately gave the bottom line price. I hit Steve with some concerns and he made timely moves to help me find the answers or resolve I was searching for. Once it's time for my next vehicle, there's no question about who I will be in contact with. If you are in the market for a used vehicle and don't want the stereotypical "used car salesman" Steve is your guy. He ensured the process was a breeze and didn't push any decision on me.
