Expect The Unexpected After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed when I visited Vance Auto Group in Perry Oklahoma. It was a couple of hours before the dealership closed when John received the call that I was coming to visit him from Oklahoma City, which is about an hour drive but this didn't detour him from saying "come on in". As I walk through the door I am greeted by Shane Jansson and I was addressed by name which is surprising because most "salesmen" don't put that much effort into making your experience personable. Shane then showed me the car that I was interested in and explained every inch of the vehicle just so I would be educated on my purchase. In my experience the next process is the most draining part of purchasing a vehicle which is the financing part but I can honestly say the process went smooth. Shane and Warren (finance manager) made sure I was comfortable with every step. When all of the paperwork was complete Shane walked me to my new Acadia and I notice that he went out of his way and had a water bottle waiting for me in the cup holder of my new car! This maybe a small gesture to some but it's huge for me because like I stated before most salesmen don't make the car buying experience personable and I also think he put my satellite radio to a station that he thought I would like! Expect the unexpected with the Vance Auto group! More
