Did horrible repairs to my vehicle that was damaged in a accident. When i went to go pick it up it Still had chipped paint, dents, parts not replaced that were damaged still. I Had to leave my car there aga accident. When i went to go pick it up it Still had chipped paint, dents, parts not replaced that were damaged still. I Had to leave my car there again after almost a month. Keep in mind i bought my car two months ago, so the parts need to look new. The man working with me on my car has the audacity to say “well i knew you wouldn’t be happy with it”. Well no I’m not happy. If you would of done your job correctly then we wouldn’t have this problem. They should not let vehicles go out looking like that when they’re getting paid $4,500. I took pictures of how bad the paint ran, the missing paint, dents, and damaged plastic and underneath my front fender that was not replaced. i will not be back to John Thornton Chevy. I will tell everyone i know not to go there. it was my first time there and it will be my last. More
