Oil change & multi point inspection I had a problem with a new tire sensor put on a few months ago It is still under warranty and service associate didn't want to check or replace the pr I had a problem with a new tire sensor put on a few months ago It is still under warranty and service associate didn't want to check or replace the problem sensor that was recently replaced. He wanted me to replace all four when its only the new bad replaced one is the problem giving a bad sensor reading. Had it check at a tire place and they told me it was the driver side that not reading good and given the warning symbol and the other 3 are reading good. John Thornton Chevrolet is the only place I have to return to get a job done the right way. Problem not resolved yet. Long time customer. More

no work I had an appointment to have my car repaired that was going to be up to 4 hours. At 3 1/2 hours the guy came out and they had not started. He said my gas tank was almost full and if they repaired it they would have to drain my tank and I would loose all my gas. He said do you want to do that? I said no. I came from Carrollton so it was already an hour there and an hour back home. He also said something about two different prices. He said it would be cheaper to send it out. When I ask about making another appointment, he said wait until your gas is low. I knew when it would be low and he still would not make it. He also ask me what he quoted me for having it repaired and said an amount and it was totally different. I am not sure if he was trying to pull one over on me because I am a woman or he didn't know any better. More

Excellent service. Prompt in regards to servicing my vehicle as well. However, I requested and called several times over the course of the next 24 hours trying to get my service person to call me in reg vehicle as well.
