The technician that rotated my tires evidently used an air wrench and put the lugnuts on so tight that I broke the wrench that came with the truck getting off a flat tire. I do not understand that when I have an appointment I still had to wait at the dealership four hours on my vehicle,very disappointed. Also my rotors where resurfaced at 9000 miles. In my opinion they sho still had to wait at the dealership four hours on my vehicle,very disappointed. Also my rotors where resurfaced at 9000 miles. In my opinion they should have been replaced because the the life of them has been reduced. More
