I was a bit perturbed when I arrived. I had an appointment however the advisor said they "may" not get to diagnosing my car because I was leaving the vehicle instead of waiting for it. This is a r appointment however the advisor said they "may" not get to diagnosing my car because I was leaving the vehicle instead of waiting for it. This is a ridiculous policy and I expressed as much- the only thing needed for an appointment/diagnosis/repair is the vehicle- not me sitting all day in the waiting area. HOWEVER the problem was diagnosed and repaired all in the same day in a timely fashion! I was super impressed with the quality of work and value for services rendered! Will be going back for sure! More

When I showed up for my appointment, I was told an oil change takes 90 minutes as they are always overbooked. Why make appointments if you cannot keep up? I was also told that I needed a recall issue fixed while I was there- another hour... this should have been conveyed to me when I made the appointment. The service tech was friendly, but he had no control over how long the appointments take. I also am not positive of who helped me- they are all wearing masks. More
