I scheduled an appointment on May 28 for an oil change on Jun 15. It took nearly 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I think that’s very disrespectful for a “waiting customer “. They knew for over 2 weeks Jun 15. It took nearly 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I think that’s very disrespectful for a “waiting customer “. They knew for over 2 weeks that my vehicle was coming for a basic oil change. I’ve been there previous times before for the same oil change and it may have been an hour or hour and 15 min. Sad to say but I might have to look for another dealer. My service advisor was great. I only had an issue with the wait time . More
Appointment was 9, arrived about 5 minutes til, Checked in and went to waiting area. At about 11:00 checked with service and was told my car had not been seen, shorthanded. 11:30 was going to cancel and le in and went to waiting area. At about 11:00 checked with service and was told my car had not been seen, shorthanded. 11:30 was going to cancel and leave but vehicle was seen and in the process, was told would be about and hour more. 1:30 saw my car pulled out front but no one came to tell me the status, 2:00 went to check and my service person was at lunch. Man next to him checked me out and I left at 2:06. Very poor customer service, I will not be back. More
This was a warranty repair. I should not have been charged a diagnostic fee. GM bought EV brake parts from Poland and now they are causing problems.
