I don’t know who Kurt is. I was told there was no service manager that day, and that perhaps that’s why it was taking so long. To me that was just an excuse. I had an appointment! My previous visit in January wasn’t much better. I was there a long time too.

We appreciate your feedback. According to the parts department we replaced the jack for you and Mattie after you talked with Dino Hill the new car sales manager. After you explained the situation to him, we got it handled. Dino even called Mattie after the jack was paid for to make sure she was ok. Mattie was very friendly and thanked him. Mr. Hooks, you are welcome to come back and talk with Dino anytime. He got the job done in 15 minutes after you explained the situation. He said you were pleased after we got the job done. The jack was on back order as was explained multiple times.
