John Thornton Chevrolet - Service Center

Very disappointed with what I thought was a simple oil change and tire rotation. Now I’m going to have to take a day off to take my truck to Tucker so the company that put the lift kit (which was on the t change and tire rotation. Not to mention that the only response to the issue was “seems like several people dropped the ball”. Once again the consumer gets the short end of the stick. More

My first time there, I enjoyed my experience, they explained more than once what was being done and kept me involved! This dealership was great to work with, I scheduled my appointment over the phone and they took me in on time. Service was great. Not impressed whatsoever! I had to wait 10 minutes to be waited on once I arrived. (I am walking with a cane and surgical boot and had to stand there.) When the gentleman finally showed up he took a phone call and discussed the lug nut that was broken and told the person to replace it with “the cheapest one” they had. 😳 Then he decided to wait on me. When my oil change was complete 1 1/2 hours later he tried to sell me additives. This was my first oil change on this vehicle. I highly doubt I will be back to this dealership for anything! More
