I had an appointment to drop off my car on Monday 5/2 at 7:30 am. Going in for my 30K mile service and the inside latch on the 2nd sunroof. They asked me if I was waiting and i stated I would drop off. I h 7:30 am. Going in for my 30K mile service and the inside latch on the 2nd sunroof. They asked me if I was waiting and i stated I would drop off. I hadn't heard from them for 2 days which is most unlike Thorton Chevrolet. I called on Wednesday and they said they are behind 5-7 days. Then why am I making an appointment? Usually receive a call explaining and didn't get that. I might have made a different decision had I known in advance, or even with a follow-up call. More
