Absolutely horrible service! I gave them the benefit of a doubt last weekend which is when i got this answer maybe I got there late or they were extremely busy but to be told the exact same thing the following weekend. Wow! Here is the kicker they tell you don’t schedule an appointment online or app because it doesn’t work. What a joke! Went next door to Dodge caravan in Lithia springs, looked twice as packed was advised of a long wait time but was seen. Missing my Jeep and Challenge right about now. Do better chevy More

Worse service department we have ever had to deal with in many many years. We were assured that we would receive impeccable service when we bought the car. We have not!! Your service manager is the worse I many many years. We were assured that we would receive impeccable service when we bought the car. We have not!! Your service manager is the worse I have ever seen. He could care less about your customers and goes to great lengths to prove it. We have had nothing but problems with this department and one could have possibly cost us our lives. This last time my husband had an appointment for 3 PM for an oil change and tire rotation. At 4:30 they had not started on the car and seemed to have no idea when they would. He asked for the car and went elsewhere. At least they did not lose the car like they did last time. I understand there are some problems getting employees and we are able to work with you on that issue. The least you can do is to keep us informed if we have to wait; however, there is no excuse for bad attitudes and being ignored. More

I had a schedule oils change and had to wait 2 /12 hours. Had other appointments that had to be rescheduled. This appointment was such a big inconvenience.
