We didn't find the exact cause of the check brake message but an actual inspection of the system did not turn up anything but brake fluid was at on. My service advisor, Chuck Yearta, understood the peculiarities of my Camaro model (a ZL1), and the service was completed quickly. While waiting, I talked with Jarod Powell about bringing in my Tahoe for a set of tires and taking care of a couple recall items as well as getting its oil changed when I brought it in. Both Donna and Jarod have helped me with problems, sometimes with very short notice, in in the past, and, as a customer since 2005, it's nice to see familiar faces who know me when I come in. It's unusual to see long-time dealership employees in the Atlanta market and is a testament that John Thornton Chevrolet is doing things right. Even my service advisor, Chuck, while relatively new in that roll, was a 20+ year employee. More
