I was sold a vehicle that had operational damage and was told that the operation was normal. I had to trade the vehicle because it was not getting fixed. This cost me several thousands of dollars but my n told that the operation was normal. I had to trade the vehicle because it was not getting fixed. This cost me several thousands of dollars but my new truck does not have this issue and I'm sadden that this would happen to anyone. If I had known the issue, I wouldn't have never bought a truck that couldn't be used to server the purpose of it's purchase. I'm quite sure the truck was fine for an everyday driver but hauling heavy trailers with that trucks steering issue was life threatening and I could not risk my life. More

Molly,my sales lady was very nice and professional. I can’t say the same about the finance woman I dealt with. She was rude,added on a dent repair we never talked about. There were other things I will not get into.if this is how your customers are treated,you want have to worry about repeat customers. More
