Honestly, if I could rate below a 1 I would. This is the worst service department in Douglasville. I'm not sure as to why John Thornton want anyone to rate the service because nothing is being done about it. They are still blaming lack of staff on Covid and the world has moved on from that. If you make an appointment, you would think that your car will be service on the appointment time. It takes them 2 to 3 hours on your appointment time to do a oil change. Its even longer to fix a patch in your tie. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and was going to make a mistake by purchasing my 16 year old daughter car from here. I refuse to continue to support this dealership when they can't seem to get the service department in order. This should be the main department they work on because after you purchase your car, this department you deal with throughout the life of your car. But its the same thing over and over. I would not recommend anyone to go here. More
