Deplorable customer service. Kept our car for a week and did NOTHING! Cost us over $300 for a rental car with no repair done. Why even make an appointment with a customer if you have no intention of honoring it at all? No one was helpful in the least on the phone and even lied to us repeatedly about the status of our vehicle. We never even got a loner vehicle. Not even an apology for the terrible and inconsiderate teatment of a long-time customer and it felt like no one at the dealership even cared. Extremely disappointed! More
My vehicle was in for the regular service. I asked the adviser to please have my tire air pressure checked. A few days later my OnStar report came in. I checked the pressure on the system and it showed the tire low. Then I made a trip to Discount Tires on E-W Conn, they have a bay just for checking tire pressure and they put the air in the tire. This makes me wonder what else your service department didn't do. More
The reason I'm giving for this rating, is because I had to go back for the same issue, I already had a couple of days before this incident. The first time I think the associate forgot I was there. Because I was there for over five hours before I got my vehicle back. I had to go and remind him that I was there. Then he told me there wasn't anything wrong with my vehicle. A couple of days later I had the same issue. I was told that it was the battery which I was the reason I came there before. The second time I brought my vehicle back was great. And Your staff was their usual high quality customer service team. More
