I’m waiting for a coolant flush and I asked the service advisor. I said did we make sure that the auto mechanic technician removed all the excessive coolant, leftover coolant he saw you most definitely but advisor. There was in fat, coolant, residue, and spillage on the top of my Engine area on top of the cooling fans on the fans on top of the radiator around the radiator and around some of the hoses I’m a certified mechanic and I’ve had some issues with your dealership before couple years ago. Oil change you guys nearly had to repaint my car. The mechanic had leaned up against the front bumper with something and it had scarred my front bumper cover. Luckily, I had it 3M wrapped clear wrapped after you guys painted it , so it took a while to get all the imperfections off the front end that was done at your dealership. There was also excessive oil up on top of the engine cover so I trust your dealership overall, our old agency I used to work for the police agency I work for we had a lot of work done with you guys. I’m familiar with service technicians, the level of expertise they have on each type of job , so my car had to go back to service from the service bay so that they could clear off the excessive coolant that was left to believe that’s coolant does not disappear and my car smelled like coolant inside the car and around the car so that was a dead giveaway More
I have been a customer since 1979. They are great folks, both the sales and service folks. I always get my vehicles serviced there. I have brought my vehicle to John Thornton multiple times and each time I leave I feel like my car is in good hands. The only complaint I could make is I could tell there was some schedule pressure this last and each time I leave I feel like my car is in good hands. The only complaint I could make is I could tell there was some schedule pressure this last time I visited, there was some oil spilled under the hood which smelled awful and smoked under the hood until it burnt off scared the attendant in the drive thru at Chick-fil-a. Every person who gives you information and checks you in at maintenance is a gem and they were so kind even while my toddler was throwing a I’m ready to go right more tantrum. Even after moving to another side of Marietta I still choose to bring my car back to John Thornton for service. More
