I trust their work overall, but I keep having to go back to my car and check things. They have left smudges on my hood dirt all on top of the engine cover my coolant system flush. They left coolant all over the front of the car underneath the hood I do not typically go there for oil changes anymore. The first oil change I did there my front of my car was messed up. I had just had the car repainted with a clear wrap, put on the front bumper. If I had not done that they would have probably had to repaint my front of my car it looked like the mechanic had leaned up against the car with something on his belt, like a set of keys or something I’m a certified mechanic and typically I change my own oil. Also sometimes when I call and get a price on the phone it differs from when I come in and get the service done. It’s always a difference so the staff needs to be better trained about giving prices. The last time I was there, they did not do all the services I was scheduled for (Engine oil change, transmission service, tire rotation). The transmission service was mistakenly forgotten. My tire key services I was scheduled for (Engine oil change, transmission service, tire rotation). The transmission service was mistakenly forgotten. My tire key was not put back in the truck and I had to come back to pick up after the weekend. I went elsewhere to have the next services performed. I decided to give another try. I scheduled engine oil change, tire rotation and balance, and transmission service. I was told the truck shows needing coolant change and radiator flush. (60K miles on the truck). Was told I was wrong when I questioned, and a transmission service was not due. Per the manual that came with my truck, coolant change/flush is needed at 100K miles, transmission is needed every 30K. I denied coolant flush and was quoted over $100.00 to balance and rotate tires, which I voiced opinion on. Absolutely ridiculous! Upon pick-up, I was told the price changed because they did quote too much for tire rotate and balance but they underquoted the transmission service and the total would be more than expected. The 2021 GM truck was thought to have a different transmission in it. I have been doing this all my life. I am a Reginal Service Manager for Class 8 trucks. My Service Writers wrong doings are not passed along to the customer when all information was provided and correct. The past two visits have left a distaste. More
