The parts department goes out of their way to help each and every customer and treat you with the highest of respect. Check Engine Light I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the I've had an intermittent problem with the Check Engine Light coming on my 2018 Colorado. The first time it happened, I came by the Service Dept. the next morning, but the light had gone out and the error code had gone to history, so nothing was resolved. After a lull, the light came on with increasing frequency, and I brought the truck in last Tuesday with the light still on. Tim wrote it up and gave me a loaner while the problem was being checked out. I picked the truck up the next afternoon with nothing found for certain, but the computer was reflashed. So far (half a day), the light has been out, so I'm hoping it has been fixed; otherwise, its coming back to the shop.. More

Service at Thornton Chevrolet I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at Thornton Chevrolet. What a positive experience.....I walked in and they immediately took my vehicle bac I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation at Thornton Chevrolet. What a positive experience.....I walked in and they immediately took my vehicle back. While waiting, someone advised me 10 minutes in, that they were working on it!!
