Service Advisor and vehicle service was not good. Bought my vehicle from JTC in 2017. Have only let JTC service my vehicle and it has been A+ up until my last service on Sep 25th. My service advisor w Bought my vehicle from JTC in 2017. Have only let JTC service my vehicle and it has been A+ up until my last service on Sep 25th. My service advisor wasn't as professional as previous advisors. Went in for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. Prior to this my vehicle had a smooth ride. When the returned it the front end has vibration from the tires. I called to discuss the issues and they said they don't do balancing unless I said to do it. But i was never offered it. Now they want to charge 50 to bring it back and balance the tires. Awful service! More
