My vehicle was taking in for squealing brakes. The squealing never stopped and I called back in to get it repaired. i was told to go my nearest GMC service center. I was charged $984 and I should be reimbursed for this expense considering that they couldn’t fix it and it was a none issue. I’ve called and spoke with the Director Bernie Gonzalez about this issue and he was no help and stated that they wouldn’t pay for this, he also stated he would call me back after he got more information. No call back and I’ve also called and left messages with no callback. This is not good customer service and the experience has made Mr loose confidence in the GMC customer service. I should be held responsible for brakes that was sold to me as being good and operable condition. Please reach out to me issue so we can get this resolved. More
