Tanya (service dept). Always goes above and beyond to assist us. She was able to get my car inspected and repair priced quickly. Unfortunately due to it not being under warranty and the pricing was a lit assist us. She was able to get my car inspected and repair priced quickly. First time at John Thornton. Only needed an oil change. I didn’t realize I needed an appointment, but they said it was no problem. Told me it would take about an hour and I think I was done in about 45 mi I didn’t realize I needed an appointment, but they said it was no problem.
