John Sisson Nissan always makes car buying a stress free situation for me. From the first phone call to Joe Liberatore, to the test drive, to the snacks in office, and even finishing up with Rob Bruce was a situation for me. From the first phone call to Joe Liberatore, to the test drive, to the snacks in office, and even finishing up with Rob Bruce was absolutely smooth. They work hard for you. If you need a place to buy a car go see Joe Liberatore. More
Joe Liberatore did a fine job of showing me cars he thought met my description and price requirements. Rob Bruce explaining extras. I'm very happy with my car!⁹ thought met my description and price requirements. Rob Bruce explaining extras. I'm very happy with my car!⁹ More
I drove 2 hours to buy a used truck from them. Dealer attempted to add $699 for some kind of anti-theft parts marking package and $699 for some sort of vehicle theft replacement package (as is my full co attempted to add $699 for some kind of anti-theft parts marking package and $699 for some sort of vehicle theft replacement package (as is my full coverage insurance wouldn’t pay on a stolen car) They claimed both packages ere mandatory and that they were “required” to add them. Along with a $399 doc fee. That’s $1800 added to the advertised price of a used vehicle that I intended to pay cash for. The ad on their website said “sunroof”. Vehicle didn’t have a sunroof. After a bunch of back-and-forth negotiating, they never even came back down to the advertised price. I left. I got a “personal email from the General Sales Manager” with his desire to get personally involved. I reiterated my offer and never got a response back. Arrogant, misleading and sleazy operation. This kind of behavior is what gives car dealers a bad reputatiion, which in this case is well deserved. Wasted my time driving 2 hours each way to visit the dealership. More
I have purchased 4 vehicles from John Sisson Nissan (3 new - 1 used) and will not go back to the dealer again. I have been a loyal customer to the service department. It is my understanding John Sisson new - 1 used) and will not go back to the dealer again. I have been a loyal customer to the service department. It is my understanding John Sisson no longer owns the dealership and it is a company from Florida. On my recent service trip I told them my AC was not working. They wanted $2800. I wasn't willing to pay that and asked them not to fix it. I took it to a local shop (1st time ever not going to the dealer) I was told the O rings were missing on the evaporator they charged the AC and the total was $169.54. HUGE difference. I am very upset and feel taken advantage of after being a very loyal customer for well over 20 years. More
They had the very worst service, they will simply replace parts and charge you. They don’t even have courtesy to test drive to check whether problem is actually solved or not. parts and charge you. They don’t even have courtesy to test drive to check whether problem is actually solved or not. More
Terrible service and non-existent communication John Sisson Nissan customer service and owners loyalty is a joke!! I had my car (less than a year old) already in for repairs. They had the car for 3 John Sisson Nissan customer service and owners loyalty is a joke!! I had my car (less than a year old) already in for repairs. They had the car for 3.5 months, with no loaner vehicle provided to me. Also, when I FINALLY pick the vehicle up, the bill says they only had 12.65 hours of labor working on the vehicle....FOR 3.5 MONTHS!!!! As a side note, they even managed to order the incorrect parts two months after having possession if the vehicle. More

Called the dealer and told salesman, Don Laporte, what I was looking for -he took the time to see what he had coming in on order and told me when he should expect it in. Other dealers did not do that to me was looking for -he took the time to see what he had coming in on order and told me when he should expect it in. Other dealers did not do that to me - most told me no way to tell, etc.. etc.. I told him I wanted it, took a deposit over the phone. I called the day it was supposed to come in and unfortunately was told it was delayed. Was given a new date. Called the day before that day to see if it would be in - was told it was delayed again. This happened a couple of times but the whole time they were very apologetic. Receptionist got to know me because I called so often to check on if my car was in. It ended up coming in about 1.5 weeks later than expected - but it wasn't the dealers fault. Don was very apologetic. Day it came in he called to let me know as soon as the truck rolled in - he knew I was excited. He made an appointment for me to come in that day - said car would be ready. Had to wait about 1 hr to meet with salesman and finance guy (I had my own financing - but he does the paperwork)..They were busy, I guess good dealers sell cars. So waiting wasn't bad though, very nice lounge with espresso/cappuccino machine. After meeting with finance guy, sales manager introduced himself and handed me a $50 gas card - said "Don told me you had to wait longer than expected, so take this for your wait" Don offered to go through the manual with me, he explained the maintenance schedule - offered me a free 3000 mile check up and oil change - he then took me out to my car which was sparkling clean, it smelled good - he helped to set up my bluetooth on my phone, showed me all the controls, knobs, and buttons - was very knowledgable. Oh yeah - and it had a full tank of gas. Definitely would recommend this dealer - and ask for Don. More
