John Sisson Mercedes service is excellent. Justin Blussick has been wonderful. He accommodated our needs and saw that everything was repaired as requested and required in the car. He is courteous, pleasant, very helpful and a great pleasure to work with. We recommend him very highly as a service advisor and trust him to work on our car and oversee the process. He kept us well informed of what parts and work was needed and what approximate costs were anticipated, and his advice was thoughtful and informed. We will continue to bring our Mercedes to Justin and know that behind him stand a group of highly skilled and well-trained mechanics whose work allowed us to discover a problem in the electrical system that another dealer and a series of mechanics could not find. Compliments too to the nice reception and office staff at John Sisson Mercedes, who maintain a very high standard of friendliness and professionalism at once. Very impressive operation. Thank you!
