Will not use this service department again With the exception of the supervisor, the service department at this dealership is borderline incompetent and has no sense of customer service skills With the exception of the supervisor, the service department at this dealership is borderline incompetent and has no sense of customer service skills and the primary representative that we dealt with has no business dealing with customers. My wife's Scion had run flat and the tire was completely done. We had it towed to the nearest Toyota dealer because she has an additional warranty through Toyota Financial Services that covers literally everything. John Roberts happened to be that dealer. So we went into the service area and explained the situation only to be referred to a second rep. We explained the situation again and the representative didn't look her up or anything. All he said was "tires aren't covered under our warranties". My wife explained to him that she didn't have the standard warranty but he continued to argue with us that they aren't covered. Another rep stepped in and told us that if we showed them the paperwork, they would handle it. So we went out to the lobby and called the Toyota dealer she purchased the car from who is an hour and a half away and they said they would get the info and call us back. 40 minutes later, no one had come to check in with us or even make an attempt to write up a ticket or start researching what tire we needed so I went to find a manager while we waited to hear back. I spoke to their supervisor who was actually very helpful and after talking to him, he agreed that we should start getting the paperwork together since we can't exactly leave there without a tire anyway. Well while he was writing up the ticket, my wife had a eureka moment and realized there was a copy of the paperwork under the seat. The supervisor and I looked through it and lo and behold, it was covered like we said! If only one of the original reps had humored us, we could have gone out to the car and had that moment 40 minutes sooner. Alas, he handed the ticket and paperwork over to the second rep who had argued with us and he said the tire would be in on Noon the following day (a Friday) but that rentals weren't covered and they couldn't provide us one. Most places would give you a courtesy car but they don't have to. Well the next day, they call to tell us it actually won't be in until Monday but they waited until the afternoon to do so. They still won't offer us a rental even though we now have a need for one after their estimate was wrong. Their solution? Enterprise. Well, it turns out they waited so long to give us the update that Enterprise wasn't open. I'm not sure what was more frustrating; the argument about coverage initially, the fact that we were ignored for 40 minutes, or the fact that they don't have a handle on their supply chain management. I became aware of a $2000 Toyota Motor Corp rebate and found the car, online, at John Roberts Toyota. From beginning to end the process was smooth and easy via email, text and telephone. Easy credit processing at a fabulous 2.85% for 72 month loan with no money down!! It took longer to drive to the dealer than it did to complete the paperwork and drive away. No bait and switch - no arm twisting for add ons. I would highly recommend John Roberts Toyota to any qualified buyer seeking a great deal. More

We had not bought a car in over 10 years, so we weren't looking forward to the experience. After sending an email, Rick Feulner the Internet Sales Mgr contacted us about the vehicle we were looking for. We took the drive and had an awesome experience. Rick, and the rest of the staff we met made us feel right at home. No sales gimicks, no pressure, just talking cars and the deal we wanted. We believe we got a great deal and would say that in the future when looking for another car we will consider John Roberts Toyota again. More

We made a deal and drove home with our new Toyota the same day. We really wanted to buy a car had the down payment and couldn't get proper service at Murfreesboro. Thanks Dalton and Roberts Toyota!! Not worth the drive! After speaking to two different salesmen my family and I drove 2 hours one way to purchase a Used Tundra. we arrived to find a vehicle that was no wh After speaking to two different salesmen my family and I drove 2 hours one way to purchase a Used Tundra. we arrived to find a vehicle that was no where near the "great" shape that was advertised. The truck had deep scratches down each side and the top corner of the cab was noticeably dented and scratched. These were hidden well in the online pictures. We decided to see what kind of deal could be made taking into consideration the body damage and our out of pocket costs to repair it. The finance office raised the price from the Internet advertisment over 2k and then discounted 1500. We were basically told that we would be paying 500 over the Internet price. Thanks for the deal!!! Before any offers were made we were shown another truck (14 tundra) that was about to be put on the lot after detailing. The vehicle had mold on the front and rear seats and the metal under the dash has a coat of rust. Needless to say I feel sorry for their person buying that truck. We have owned multiple Toyotas and this lot is a disgrace to the Toyota brand. More
