Regular service John Roerts Toyota had notified me by mail and text that my next service appointment was due and that I could make my appointment by phone or online. John Roerts Toyota had notified me by mail and text that my next service appointment was due and that I could make my appointment by phone or online. I had a 12 noon appointment. Upon arrival I was handle immediately and was told what service would be performed. One hour later the service dept notified me my vehicle was ready.
