We were looking for a brand new Sienna to replace my 2011 and due to the chip shortage there are none to be had. One showed up on the Roberts website and as I was headed to my in-laws house in Manchester decided to swing by and have a look. I am glad I did. We had decided to make our car search short and I did not want to spend more than 2 days finding and deciding on a car. This was day 2 after searching in Nashville. Shane greeted me and within 5 minutes of looking at the vehicle I told I would buy it. The van was in amazing condition and as it was my 3rd Sienna, I knew enough about it to decide. The entire staff at Roberts Toyota was great. Shane was a great saleperson without being obnoxious or pushy. Just like visiting with a neighbor or someone you know. Jacob in the business office was so fun and went above and beyond what he had to do and we so appreciated him. The entire staff was great from the front desk to the guys in service who helped us with things like bags in moving things from our trade in to the new vehicle. I definitely recommend Roberts and will begin my vehicle search there next time. More
