Will asked what we were interested in and he got the keys to the truck. We took the truck for a test drive and liked the truck and Will asked what it would take to earn my business? I told Will what I had to have for my truck and he said ok let's see if we can get this deal done. Will came back and we got the deal done. Not in a big hurry, just waiting for the right car, as I had a reliable car I was driving, but an old car that I purchased brand new from a dealer in IL, so I have dealt with dealerships previously. Benjamin Blessing was the type of salesman you wanted during this process. He was kind, patient, attentive to my needs, showed me the types of SUV's that fit my budget and needs/wants, and followed up with me to remind me he was there if I had any questions or wanted to stop by. But not a pushy or rude salesman, as I have dealt with those many times. Well the right car was available, I reached out, he immediately got back to me, even less than an hour before closing and we set up a time for me to come in. Long story short, I bought a Toyota RAV4 and couldn't be happier. Ben made this whole process so easy and I highly recommend stopping by or getting in touch with this dealership if you are in the market for a vehicle. I also used their in-house financing, with Ascend, and that was also a very easy process. What I thought would be nerve-wracking and a little scary, was so easy. Ben, thank you!! We purchased a 2024 RAV4 this week. Caleb was extremely helpful and patient explaining all of the features on the vehicle, while not trying pressure or upsell on something not needed. I was sold an 48 month 100,00 extended warranty on 2/10/21 only to find out it expired 1/1/23. My receipt for the warranty does not state or show the expiration date. Now I’m having to pay out of pock 2/10/21 only to find out it expired 1/1/23. My receipt for the warranty does not state or show the expiration date. I received an email on 2/10/22 from Matt Paramount about my information to purchase a Venza. I submitted my email on 2/9/22. I called the company on 2/10/22 to speak to Matt Paramount.🚩 I was told he wa my information to purchase a Venza. I submitted my email on 2/9/22. I called the company on 2/10/22 to speak to Matt Paramount.🚩 I was told he was busy so I spoke to Steve Jones (that is what I wrote down). I told him I wanted someone to take my credit card number to hold the car. He set up an appointment for 11am on 12/11/22. He said to ask for the VIP Managers. OK, that is a first for me🚩 He gives the address to the dealership being in Missouri. I thought I was calling Tennessee. "Just kidding" Not funny. 🚩He told me a manager would call me with numbers. I told him I was driving 3.5 hrs and did not want to waste my time. I emailed Matt Paramount several times throughout the day without any response until the afternoon to confirm my appointment. 🚩 I called the dealership that evening to speak to Matt Paramount. Again he was busy but I could talk to the person that answered because they are on the same team. At this point I am convinced that Matt Paramount does not exist for he is a robot. 🚩 I told the man that answered the phone I was speaking with Steve Jones earlier. He does not put me on hold but shouts to Steve and asked him if he wants to talk to me. This is unprofessional 🚩 When Steve answers he tells me his name is Steve Jobs. Really?🚩 You don't think I know the name Steve Jobs. I told Steve that a manager still has not called me. He said he would put it in the computer. He said he was surprised the car had not sold. "Maybe because it is gas and electric" I am wanting to buy a Hybrid. I know the difference. Just because I live in Alabama doesn't mean I am not intelligent. 🚩 I operate million dollar machines every day that I work. My husband and I are college graduates. Our daughter is an attorney. I decided not buy the car so I texted to cancel the appointment. Your dealership called me at 9 am on 2/11/22 to let me know the car had sold. If I had left at 7am as planned then I would have been halfway to your dealership which would have been worse. I'm glad I went with my instincts. I told him everything that had happened to me. He apologized. I told him he needs to clean up his company for my experience was unprofessional. I have the money and was trading in my 2020 Rav4. I don't know if it was National Clown Day or what but something needs to change. I don't want someone else to have this experience so that is why I am writing the review More

My wife and I leased a 4Runner today from John Roberts Toyota in Manchester, TN. We were recommended to the dealership through AARP. It was a FANTASTIC experience. With so many dealership's going corporate to, "step over dollars to save pennies" I cannot brag about this dealership and their staff enough. Customer service is extremely important to us and they surpassed any and all expectations. With software chip shortages and used/new vehicle prices at a premium we were concerned about pricing. However, we were fortunate enough to work with a wonderful youngman in Jordan Stauffer and a supportive and open finance team acutely attuned to our needs. At no time did we feel that we were getting a raw deal. Jordan repeatedly kept us aware of the vehicles delivery date and the finance team helped us get things done in advance to ensure a timely departure from the dealership. The entire buying experience was incredible. In my 30-yrs of buying a vehicle I have never been this happy. I have recommended friends for future purchases with Jordan, John Roberts Toyota, and his team, and look forward to our next purchase. What used to be a negative chore became a wonderful experience that will continue a long-term business relationship. My wife and I drove home to Chattanooga expressing our sincere satisfaction and gratitude. Jordan Stauffer, Harriett, and Jacob were an, "open book" and explained everything in full detail and kept us informed of all the unexpected changes in this volatile market.
