Sales department is good. They have a good inventory of used pickups. However there service department is lacking. Always a fight to get things fixed right the first time. And even though you spend the money on the extended warranty always a fight to get it covered. One nice thing for service is they will pick up your vehicle and drop off at your work but that is it. Unfortunately due to the service department I will never buy another vehicle from John North Ford. This might however be more of a Ford thing than the dealership so it might be time to switch to a different make and see if I have better luck. More
