We bought a rollback from Jacky Jones of Cleveland, GA. During the negotiation of the sale we were told they would fill the fuel tanks. When we arrived to pick it up they gave us a $25 for fuel. We bid (government) this vehicle in 13 counties that make up the Georgia Mountains region.
