Simply the BEST! I just purchased a 2017 Camaro RS from John Megel Chevrolet and after 40 years of car buying for a total of 35+ new vehicles this was by far the best I just purchased a 2017 Camaro RS from John Megel Chevrolet and after 40 years of car buying for a total of 35+ new vehicles this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. First off the design of their building inside and out is very welcoming and it is nice and quiet inside regardless of how busy they are which helps take some of the stress out of the buying process. I dealt with Will and Bradley and if I could create my own perfect automotive sales associate I would use these two gentlemen as the mold. Will has been there for 13+ years and Bradley 7+ which says a lot about the dealership and the owners as well. Everyone we came in contact with seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and there wasn't a single second during the entire process that I felt any pressure to buy from them and it took me a full week to decide on this particular car. For me, the process of buying a car typically gets worse as you work your way to the finance person and that part of the process was just as pleasant as the rest. My 17 year old daughter was with me each time I visited the dealership and on the way home in the new car she said, "why do so many people say buying a new car is such a hateful process, because this was great!" Lastly, this was by far and away the quickest car buying experience I have ever had because they cut out all of the B.S. games that are normally played. It literally took 1/3 of the time it normally takes and I am sure buying during the week helped some, but I promise you that these guys have this down to a science and they genuinely appreciate their customers. If their service department is as good as their sales department you will likely see me doing backflips in their parking lot because it is so rare to find this level of service in any type of business these day. Keep up the great work guys!! More

Sales Experience 12/20/16 Searched for a specific car on cars.com. Narrowed down what I wanted. It brought up John Megel Chevrolet as having the car that I wanted. Put in credi Searched for a specific car on cars.com. Narrowed down what I wanted. It brought up John Megel Chevrolet as having the car that I wanted. Put in credit app online morning of 12/20/16. They called when they opened for business that same day. Didn't waste any time. They reviewed my credit information that I submitted. Told me they had a deal pretty much done and ready for me to come check out car. They did what they said there were going to do as far as calling me back and communicating with me and following up to see if I was still coming. I got there in about 2 hours from South Carolina. I came in about 3:45 to 4:00 pm. They had car ready and pulled around for me to look at as soon I walked through door. I did my walk around of the car, test drove it. They even pulled it in the shop and let me walk underneath of vehicle and shake it down and lay my hands on it and put my personal scan tool on it to be sure of what I was buying. The whole process was about 2 hours maybe 3 hours long. They got my paperwork done with gap insurance and an extended warranty and a complimentary maintenance plan and they supposed to be delivering it to me, and gassed it up and cleaned it up for me. Everything that we had talked about and discussed was in the deal and on paper. I walked out of there at 6:30 pm. All papers signed - deal done. To me, I got the deal of the year.
