Here I am again. I bought 2010 Jeep Wrangler only to pull the front drive shaft out with my hands the next day. Extended warranty did not cover because oversized tires. They sold me warranty that nev pull the front drive shaft out with my hands the next day. Extended warranty did not cover because oversized tires. They sold me warranty that never was good.. they replaced a drive shaft, oil pan, transmission, PCM computer. Finally just Traded in 2010 Jeep that dealership never got repaired properly. I added new tires since tires on vehicle had multiple plugs in 4 out of 5 tires, new bumper, winch, roof Rack combo Pro Champ light bar $2500 plus accessories Plus $6000 cash when I originally purchased just to get payoff covered. Got 2017 Jeep 3/28/20. Another nightmare. I towed it back to them 4/17/20. Mileage recorded as 59494. Jeff service manager said front differential was powdery with metal shavings in gearbox. Steven head mechanic made adjustments and told me it would be covered under Jeep powertrain warranty. They sent Jeep to Bay Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Mileage recorded there 59294. Bay Jeep had to tell Panama city MAZDA what was wrong with it. They did not see in their numerous multi point inspections.I was asked to come to Panama City on 4/21/20. General Manager Clay and Steven Service Manager took me in shop to show me IMPACT damage on front axle. Said I couldn't have been driving it but 38 miles got put on Jeep. I reached up wiped off excessive grease build up on front axle, differential and oil pan. Front axle had been pressure washed but not the back. They advised me to report to my insurance company under comprehensive. I did do it but hours later retracted it because I was not committing Fraud. Had Jeep towed to Beach Auto Care mileage recorded 59332. His inspection was damaged older than my purchase date. I'm looking at $5000 repair on DAMAGES that were done before I purchased. I purchased a Service contract on the 2010 Jeep for $2034 It was cancelled when we discovered it NEVER was valid due to oversized tires which were on it when I purchased it. BUT I was only refunded $1580. REALLY? I also purchased extended service contract on 2017 Jeep for $2502. Cancelled it on 4/27/20. Today 6/24/20 I called warranty company and was told they refunded dealership on 5/7/20. Called dealership. Verfied there 6 weeks but not refunded ĺand now want to refund me only $1572.00. Waiting on a return call. REALLY? I've been without a vehicle since 4/17/20. John Lee Panama City Mazda is incompetent on so many levels. More

I researched a lot on the many SUV’s on the market as well as dealerships in not only the panhandle but Tampa, Ft Lauderdale even into Georgia and Alabama. I soon discovered that I didn’t have to drive well as dealerships in not only the panhandle but Tampa, Ft Lauderdale even into Georgia and Alabama. I soon discovered that I didn’t have to drive far to find the car of dreams. Literally, I was able to stay local and find a great deal in a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring that had everything I could have ever wanted and more. I was able to test drive two very similar vehicles without having to be driven to an empty parking lot or be supervised (trust me that happened at another dealership.) The representative handed me the keys and told me where to go and I jumped in and took off! I worked with Micheal and he was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. The experience was fabulous. Ive been told by many that going out of PC is the best way to purchase a vehicle but I will tell you now that John Lee Mazda will surprise you. As soon as I realized I was going to purchase the vehicle it was a very quick exchange of paperwork and I was on my way. I will tell you that I was very comfortable throughout the entire transaction and I believe I will probably stick with Mazda for the long run. So if you are looking for a new vehicle I would suggest you stop at John Lee Mazda. I promise they will not disappoint! More

This is the second car I have bought from John Lee and it was a very easy and smooth experience. Love their new facility, Shannon was really easy to deal with and a big help.
