This was a bad time to buy a new or used car due to shortages and price increases, but they really did work with me to get the best price possible and didn't try to take advantage of customers by jacking up sticker prices to take advantage of buyers. I recently purchased a brand new Mazda CX-5 carbon edition from John lee Mazda. my entire experience was superb. I first dealt with Payton McLawhorn, when I first initiated my interest in purchasing edition from John lee Mazda. my entire experience was superb. She Called me as soon as I emailed the contact me form. she answered all of my questions and got the process started for me she got all of my info for my trade I sent pictures and she said she would get it to her appraisal depot.. very shortly after contact with her I was contacted by Bernie Wisher, and we spoke for a few minutes and he invited me into the dealership. as soon as I pulled into the lot Bernie came out the door to greet me. after introductions and discussion in my preferred vehicle, I was test driving the 2021 cx5 carbon edition. I took it out for a decent test drive, and once I returned Bernie again came out to meet me. we went into his office for what I thought would be the long drawn out process of bantering back and forth and waiting for financing, but to my extreme surprise I was in his office for only a couple minutes and he came in and said we have your approval. to say the least I was beside myself at the speed in which the finance team went to work to secure my financing. once financing was secured Bernie took me out to my car and covered every single square inch of it with me features safety features and showed me how to operate everything. I have purchased vehicles in the past but by far Bernie was the most knowledgable salesman have ever dealt with. the entire process from beginning to end was amazing. Bernie truly treated me as if he were selling a car to his family, he made me feel completely, at ease and comfortable, made me feel like family, and ill say from this point on im a part of the John Lee family .I would recommend over and over again go see Bernie!!
