If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We wasted hours on the phone about an internet sale of a certified used mazda getting pushed to one sales rep after another, without being able to ta We wasted hours on the phone about an internet sale of a certified used mazda getting pushed to one sales rep after another, without being able to talk to the manager who could make a decision. When we finally nailed down a request for the process for the sale of sending us a quote so we could approve it, and move to getting a loan, We asked then if we needed to do anything to hold the vehicle or start the loan, the sales representative said no. They would send the link after we approved the purchase price. it took them another 90 mins to get that to us, and only after calling back asking why we hadn't gotten the written offer. After getting on the phone with the manager and asking for clarification and for the particulars of a 60 mo vs 72 or 78 mo loan, the manager said that the car had been sold. Their excuse was that they always go with someone in the dealership and thats how the things can happen when they are busy. So we wasted hours of time when we could have been dealing with a reputable dealer. Which we did the next day and it was handled smoothing, and in a timely fashion More
