I called about 8 months ago to inquire about 2022 Mazda MX5 Miata. I spoke with a young lady that advised there was no inventory and there was no information on incoming vehicles. She took my contact information and I never heard back. In early August I called back to ask again about incoming Miata inventory. Same answer - nothing in inventory and no expectation for incoming vehicles. Again, same response to get my contact information and get back in touch. The ladies answering both calls both had a very arrogant attitude and acted like they were doing me a favor to take my call. On to the internet - calls 10-12 southeastern Mazda dealers resulted in a good amount of xx, dealer games, advertising prices that were below MSRP, but quotes reflected $2-5k in market adjustment. But all could provide a estimated date of delivery if I was ready to provide a deposit. I finally found a dealer in Orlando that had exactly what I wanted and provided a quote at MSRP and an estimated delivery date range in November. Done deal - deposit made and delivery on Nov. 28th. I'd rather deal locally, but John Lee Mazda was a big disappointment. Yes, this was a seller's market, but this experience tells me the culture at John Lee Mazda is not professional and potential customers are not respected. More

When we finally nailed down a request for the process for the sale of sending us a quote so we could approve it, and move to getting a loan, We asked then if we needed to do anything to hold the vehicle or start the loan, the sales representative said no. They would send the link after we approved the purchase price. it took them another 90 mins to get that to us, and only after calling back asking why we hadn't gotten the written offer. After getting on the phone with the manager and asking for clarification and for the particulars of a 60 mo vs 72 or 78 mo loan, the manager said that the car had been sold. Their excuse was that they always go with someone in the dealership and thats how the things can happen when they are busy. So we wasted hours of time when we could have been dealing with a reputable dealer. Which we did the next day and it was handled smoothing, and in a timely fashion More
I really enjoyed working with Preston Pinegar on the recent purchase of a Mazda CX-30. He was professional, friendly, definitely not pushy, and made the entire transaction a pleasant one. Awful! They were fast and overly helpful..we know why now. The Jeep they sold us is a dangerous death trap.
