We are really enjoying the 2023 Mazda CX-5 we recently purchased from John Lee Mazda. We had done significant research before going to the dealership, and neither the vehicle nor the customer service expe purchased from John Lee Mazda. Jared Woods, our salesperson, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were grateful for Jared’s low-pressure sales technique. He spent time ascertaining our needs and wants and capably led us to the vehicle that matched those requirements. As members of the less tech-savvy older generation, we really appreciated Jared’s knowledge and patience as he answered all of our questions and explained all of the vehicle’s many great features. Before we left the dealership, Jared introduced us to key service personnel helping us to move comfortably into our next relationship with John Lee Mazda. We would recommend Jared and John Lee Mazda to anyone. More
I called about 8 months ago to inquire about 2022 Mazda MX5 Miata. I spoke with a young lady that advised there was no inventory and there was no information on incoming vehicles. She took my contact infor MX5 Miata. I spoke with a young lady that advised there was no inventory and there was no information on incoming vehicles. She took my contact information and I never heard back. In early August I called back to ask again about incoming Miata inventory. Same answer - nothing in inventory and no expectation for incoming vehicles. Again, same response to get my contact information and get back in touch. The ladies answering both calls both had a very arrogant attitude and acted like they were doing me a favor to take my call. On to the internet - calls 10-12 southeastern Mazda dealers resulted in a good amount of xx, dealer games, advertising prices that were below MSRP, but quotes reflected $2-5k in market adjustment. But all could provide a estimated date of delivery if I was ready to provide a deposit. I finally found a dealer in Orlando that had exactly what I wanted and provided a quote at MSRP and an estimated delivery date range in November. Done deal - deposit made and delivery on Nov. 28th. I'd rather deal locally, but John Lee Mazda was a big disappointment. Yes, this was a seller's market, but this experience tells me the culture at John Lee Mazda is not professional and potential customers are not respected. More
