John Lee's Panama City Mazda

I love this place. I was worried when I first moved I love this place. I was worried when I first moved to Panama City that the Mazda dealer might be like one of those big cookie-cutter car dealer I love this place. I was worried when I first moved to Panama City that the Mazda dealer might be like one of those big cookie-cutter car dealers that only care about getting people in and out of the service center in 30 minutes or less and not care about the person or really even the car. Thankfully, Panama City Mazda is NOT this type of dealership. This Mazda dealer consistently impresses me each time I show up. They have been working on my cars for over a year now and not just my Mazdas (they work on my Toyota too). They have performed oil changes, tire rotations, and even engine diagnostics. They added a quart of oil in my wife's Toyota when it ran low. They fixed a flat for me in under 10 minutes. They inflated my tires with Nitrogen. They found and then repaired a strange rear end bumping sound. They even repaired free of charge what another local shop repaired incorrectly. I could go on and on about these guys! On top of all that, Panama City Mazda takes the time to get to know their customers. They greet me by name, know that I do NOT like for them to test my washer/sprayer, and offer me fresh coffee if I have to wait on my car. They have even stayed late to finish work on my car! More

Gave me top dollar for my trade in made sure i was happy with my choice, they were not pushy at all. Answered any questions or concerns that i might have had.
